RitaTee is operated by RITAJAD LLC. All products are made to order and produced on demand through our production partner network (Mayzing), with facilities located across Europe and the United States.
Production time
Orders are printed and produced specifically for you after purchase. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships, depending on the product type and current order volume.
Shipping time
Once produced, delivery times vary by destination:
- United States & Canada: 3-7 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 3-8 business days
- Rest of world: 7-15 business days
Your order may ship from the production facility closest to your delivery address to reduce shipping time and cost. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
