Who we are
This store is operated by RITAJAD LLC, a Montana limited liability company, under the brand RitaTee. In these terms, we, us and our refer to RITAJAD LLC. Our store is hosted by Shopify, and we use Mayzing for on-demand production and fulfillment. Your seller is RITAJAD LLC.
Using the store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase, or have the required permission from your parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and keep account credentials secure. Do not use the store for fraud, infringement, harassment, unauthorized access or distribution of malicious software.
Products and orders
Read the product description, size information, available options and personalization instructions before placing your order. Screen settings can affect colour appearance; this does not excuse a material difference from the product description. Items are produced on demand. Contact us immediately if you need to amend an order; changes may not be possible once production starts, without affecting a statutory cancellation right.
The price, selected items and applicable checkout charges are displayed before payment. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled or contains a material pricing or listing error. We will not substitute a materially different item or impose a higher price without your agreement. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we will refund payments due for that order.
Customer-provided content
If a product allows uploaded images, names or other personalization, you must have permission to use that content. You grant us and our fulfillment providers permission to use it as necessary to produce, deliver and support your order. Do not submit unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights.
Shipping, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery. Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation, defective goods, returns and refunds. Those policies form part of the information provided for your purchase. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over conflicting wording.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes processing of personal information. Order and delivery details are shared with the providers needed to process payment, produce and deliver your purchase and respond to support requests, including Shopify and Mayzing.
Website content and links
Store text, designs and other content belong to their respective rights holders. Access to this site does not grant a licence to reproduce them commercially. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their services are governed by their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
We may maintain or update the website and cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes remedies for faulty goods, non-delivery or a failure to meet our contractual obligations.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Montana, United States, except that consumers retain mandatory protections and court rights available under the laws applicable to them. Updated terms apply prospectively; the terms presented when you place an order govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
