What is RitaTee all about?

RitaTee creates expressive graphic T-shirts inspired by humour, hobbies, animals and local sayings from Europe and the USA. Our goal is simple: wearable designs that feel personal, spark a smile and make great gifts.

How are RitaTee shirts made?

Every RitaTee piece is made to order after you purchase it. This avoids unnecessary stock and overproduction. Your design is printed on the selected garment by a trusted fulfilment partner.

What materials do you use?

Material and fit details are listed on each product page because they can vary by garment. Our core tees use soft ring-spun cotton, with fibre blends for selected colours. Please check the product description before ordering.

Where is my order printed?

Orders are automatically routed through our fulfilment network and, when available, produced closer to the delivery address in Europe, the UK or the USA. This helps reduce shipping distance and delivery time.

How do I choose the right size?

Open the Size & Fit guide on the product page and compare its garment measurements with a T-shirt you already own. Because every item is made to order, please check the chart carefully before choosing your size.

How long does delivery take?

Production and delivery times depend on the product and destination. The current estimated delivery window is shown at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link when tracking becomes available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we send tracking to the email used at checkout. If you need help, email support@ritatee.com with your order number and we will check the latest fulfilment and shipping status for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help before production begins, but made-to-order items cannot be changed or cancelled once they have entered production.

What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive?

Email support@ritatee.com with your order number and clear photos of any product or print issue. Eligible damaged, incorrect, misprinted or lost orders are reviewed with our fulfilment partner for a replacement or refund. Choosing the wrong size or changing your mind is not covered because each item is made to order.
